• All applications should be completed in PRINT or BLOCK LETTERS on the original application form.
• All applicants must affix a photograph on the application form and provide 2 further photographs of himself/herself and spouse.
• All applicants and spouses must submit photocopies of their Hong Kong Identity Card /Passport.
• Applications must be accompanied by the appropriate payments, with cheques crossed and made payable to "Airport WTC Club"
• For Corporate Memberships, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate needs to be submitted as well.
• All applicants should ensure that the application form is completed in full and that all information given is true and correct. Membership may be withdrawn at any time if it is found that any information given is incorrect.
• The Airport WTC Club reserves the right to reject any application without having to assign any reason.
